Oyetola raises curfew in Osun

Osun State Governor Gboyega Oyetola has lifted the imposed curfew following the assault and looting of private and non-private property by bandits.

The federal government had already relaxed the indefinite 24-hour curfew to eight:00 pm to six:00 am day by day.

Nonetheless, in an announcement by Commissioner for Info and Civic Steerage, Ms. Funke Egbemode, the federal government stated that residents might proceed their actions with out restrictions from Wednesday, November 11.

Egbemode stated: “With impact from Wednesday, November 11, residents of the state are free to do their enterprise with none obstacles or restrictions, whereas safety companies proceed to meet their obligations to keep away from breaking the regulation and of the order.”

In the meantime, the state authorities reiterated that the closing time for motorbike operation within the state stays at eight pm, even with the full easing of the curfew within the state.
