Prepare for death, says Chief Imam

The Chief Imam of the State of Lagos, Sheikh Sulaimon Oluwatoyin Abou-Nolla, urged Muslims to arrange for demise because it comes with out warning.

He spoke throughout Fidau (prayer) to the previous president of Clube Eko and Arowosadini of Lagos State, Chief Abdul Ganiu Williams, at Clube Eko, Lagos.

Abou-Nolla suggested Nigerians to extend their good deeds and guarantee a superb relationship with God.

“Getting ready for demise is a lifelong job. It begins from the day you had been born till the day you lastly die. Dying is inevitable, each soul will style demise; due to this fact, allow us to be properly ready for our demise, as a result of all our actions can be accounted for after our demise. Don’t enable your love of wealth and worldly affairs to spoil your future life, ”he added.

He described the late Williams as a peace lover, who was by no means thought-about to be disabled when it got here to selling good deeds and peace within the state.

Hakeem and Jibola Williams described their father as a God-fearing, trustworthy, loving and caring man, saying he was truthful when coping with household, family members and buddies. A relative of the deceased, Alhaja Oluwafunmike Eletu, stated the deceased Williams was a humble man, who ensured that the bond between members of the family was maintained.

“He set a superb instance within the household and I hope his wives and youngsters will emulate him,” she stated.
